The SU Lounge at the University Centre is available to hire free of charge to societies registered with the SU. Requests are subject to availability and to agreement of our terms of hire. You must provide at least 5 days notice for all bookings.

There is step free and wheelchair access via the lift. There is a variety of padded seating, an accessible toilet, and a gender-neutral toilet. There isn't a hearing loop, a BSL interpreter, general car parking, or blue badge parking. This is a relaxed event; you may move around the room, lie down, arrive or leave whenever you wish, etc.

Once the booking has been provisionally agreed, the following will be required prior to confirmation:
- Read the Cambridge SU Room Booking Policy and contact the Reception team on reception@cambridgesu.co.uk if you have any questions or to notify Cambridge SU of an external speaker presence at your event.
- Please Read and sign the Terms and Conditions
- At least one member of your society committee must attend a room induction prior to the event to be briefed on emergency access routes and health and safety. The reception team will arrange this with you.
