What is Refreshers Fair?

If you missed out on joining a society in Michaelmas, then come along to the Refreshers Fair for another opportunity to connect with societies, meet new people and pick up lots of great freebies! The Fair takes place on the 16th of January, welcoming you back to university after the winter break.

What can you expect?

At Refreshers Fair you will find over 60 societies and local/national brands including Dominos, Creams, and vintage clothing stalls. There will be multiple SU stalls where you can meet your Sabbatical Officer team, the Student Advice Service and generally find out more about how we are supporting students in the year ahead. We will also be running a spin the wheel in both venues, where you can win some great prizes along with a free cycle stall with clothes, books, household items, and much more. Refreshers is a free event and open to all Cambridge University students!

Finally, it's important to us that everybody has an opportunity to explore the fair in an accessible way so we'll be hosting an access hour from 10am - 4pm in which the venue capacity will be lowered and music will be switched off. If you have any questions at all about the event, please do not hesitate to drop us a message on socials or email activities@cambridgesu.co.uk.
