CGS aims to grow the Christian graduate community of Cambridge in faith and fellowship, and to reach out to fellow students with the good news about Jesus. We welcome Christian grads of all denominations as well as students looking to find out more about Christianity.
We run weekly prayer meetings on Mondays and Bible studies on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Each term we hold special events at which a CGS member or an invited speaker gives a Christian perspective on topics relevant to graduates (both Christian and non-Christian alike), as well as the ever-popular International Food Evenings.
At the start of each academic year we organise an International Student Welcome programme, wherein CGS members and other volunteers meet and greet new students at Cambridge bus/train stations and organise welcome events during the week before term starts.
