Welcome to the Cambridge branch of Students for Global Health. We firmly believe in tackling global health issues at a local level and as such our main branch aims are to

  1. Raise awareness of health issues within the local Cambridgeshire community

  2. Educate ourselves about local and global health issues, challenges and solutions

  3. Campaign for positive health policy change at the University, local and national government levels

In the Cambridge branch, we hope to achieve this via dedicated subcommittees which work on different issues and activities. Our subcommittees this year are:

  1. WHO simulation

  2. Sexual and Reproductive Health

  3. Access to Medicines

  4. Political Conflict and Health

  5. Mental Health: A Global Issue

  6. Global Health Lecture Series

Keep a lookout on our social media for updates and sign up for our mailing list to be notified of our events.
