About

Cambridge Graduate Course in Medicine (CGCM) Society is the student-led society for the Cambridge Graduate Course in Medicine.

We mainly support CGCM students, but also aim to also support affiliate and mature undergraduate students across all year groups through academic, welfare and community-building activities. Our members are medical students at Hughes Hall, Lucy Cavendish College, St Edmunds College, and Wolfson College.

Our work includes:

  • Running peer-led teaching sessions, talks and revision events,
  • Organising social events to connect students across the course,
  • Providing resources such as the annual "Guide to First Year".
  • Supporting student wellbeing through welfare initiatives, and
  • Maintaining the West Suffolk Hospital Kindness Pantry for placements.

How to get in touch:

Membership is free and open to all CGCM students, and our aim is to help everyone feel supported, included and prepared throughout the course.
