CHOICE was first established in 2010 by a group of Cambridge Hong Kong students who share the vision and drive of making a difference in the world around us. This year, we have 8 committee members who are all current students at the University of Cambridge. In previous years, we have held service trips to Nepal, Vietnam and Laos where we would recruit Cambridge students as volunteers to address the education needs of underprivileged communities. Despite the pandemic, we have continued to hold programmes such as online tutoring and face to face activities over the summer. We aim to inspire our tutees’ passion for learning while raising awareness of educational inequalities.
