Information for Society Stallholders

We're excited to announce that the annual Freshers' Fair will return on Tuesday 6th and Wednesday 7th October 2026 on Parker’s Piece!

The fair is a chance for clubs and societies to showcase all that they do for new and returning students. You will have the chance to speak to thousands of students about your society and collect sign-ups throughout the day.

Stallholder information will be shared two weeks before the fair.
