About

Trinity College Science Society is the most active science society in Cambridge, providing a rich programme of seminar series, panel discussions, film nights, and other social events.

Trinity College Science Society (TCSS) is a student-run organisation aiming to promote science among students of the University of Cambridge as well as the general public. We are one of the most active science societies in Cambridge, hosting weekly talks with distinguished speakers along with our annual internship event and symposium.

While based in Trinity College, all talks are free and open to all members of the university and the general public. Browse through our programme for the coming year to see the remarkable speakers and events we have lined up.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the talks in the Lent term are going to be online as well. We hope that we will be able to change to in-person events later in the academic year.

There will be six live streamed talks happening this term, all of them on Thursdays at 18:15. For more information about our speakers and the topics of their talks see our termcard below.

Join us also for a TCSS Symposium on 14th March 2021 - a day full of interesting talks by fellows and students from Trinity.

Links to all events will be posted on our websitefacebook and in the events calendar below.

The TCSS membership is free.
