About

Cambridge University Chinese Society is the oldest and most well-established Hong Kong student-run society at the University of Cambridge.

Founded in the mid-twentieth century, CUCS began promoting a unique cultural identity among Hong Kong students. In 2020, CUCS was incorporated as a charitable company, setting the foundation for its further expansion. CUCS is now the main student body responsible for student welfare and career advancement for Cambridge students from Hong Kong, organising various social events, an annual theatrical production, and cooperating with companies looking to expand their recruitment to one of the top universities in the world. If you are a current student or offer holder at the University of Cambridge, you can apply to be a member on our website.
