CU Spaceflight is a student run society developing space and near-space projects. We've launched high altitude balloons to over 36km and high power rockets to 8km, collaborated with the European Space Agency to test parachutes and are designing a balloon-launched rocket to reach outer space (100km). This year we're working on refining the rocket design, testing the rocket engines, developing the embedded electronics and software for the rocket system and designing a new balloon flight computer, among other projects. We're always excited to meet new people, especially if you're interested in space, rocketry, electronics, programming or hanging out in cool basement labs! We've got a website (cusf.co.uk), twitter (@cuspaceflight) and email (contact@cusf.co.uk) so get in touch if you want to find out more or come to our secret meetings or anything.
