If you are a representative (in your faculty of J/MCR) this could be a good opportunity to ask questions so that you can provide your student body with the most up to date information.
Google Meet is an online meeting platform which can be used in browser and therefore requires no download on desktop. There is also an app for mobile users. Google Meet has automatically generated captions both in app and browser. There is no obligation for attendees to have their cameras turned on or speak at any point.
