The History and Philosophy of Science Society operates alongside the HPS Department, providing a student-led space for intellectual exchange and creativity.
Our society runs a programme of events ranging from talks and reading groups to film screenings, art exhibitions, experimental workshops, and interdisciplinary collaborations. These activities are designed to connect students within HPS and to engage the wider Cambridge community across the sciences, humanities, and arts.
Our aim is to make HPS visible as a confluence of scientific inquiry, philosophical reflection, and cultural practice!
