The First Responder Society is a University of Cambridge student organisation that promotes and supports volunteering with the East of England Ambulance Service (EEAST). The Society coordinates, promotes, and ensures continuity of this extracurricular initiative within the University. It also organises talks, training, and outreach activities to engage students interested in pre-hospital care, and community health. Membership is open to all students, regardless of subject.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A FIRST RESPONDER TO JOIN
The Society is open to every student, even if you do not plan to volunteer with the ambulance service. You can take part in our talks, training events, outreach, and community projects, and help shape how the Society grows.
