Rem on Campus is the undergraduate vertical of Rem and Company, a social impact initiative that empowers talented young professionals to donate their time and skills by providing free consulting services to small businesses in their area. Their consulting-focused professional development programmes are well-established at universities like Stanford, Princeton, Georgetown, University of Florida, and many more.
The purpose of Rem on Campus is to create an immersive curriculum that shapes students and young problem-solvers into the next generation of impact-driven innovators. Rem on Campus is a way for students to develop new personal and professional relationships, engage in unique hands-on learning experiences, but most of all, positively impact their community. This is achieved by having members engage directly with local businesses and non-profits in the local community. Community engagements are normally six to eight-week sprints where students identify opportunities for growth within a business or nonprofit and work together on teams to provide solutions (project cycles). These services fall under pro-bono community consulting engagements. Students receive training and guidance from Rem and Company.
