Come one, come all, to the Mary Anning Club!
Much like our namesake, we at the Mary Anning Club are fascinated by fossils. This society is for anyone with an interest in fossils, from the curious to the passionate. We also hope to promote an appreciation of fossils to the general public in order to highlight their importance in understanding ancient life and environments (as well as how super cool they are).
We run events and talks in conjunction with museums and professionals in the field. Alongside these term time activities, we run a yearly trip to the coast for fossil hunting and collection. Have a look at our Facebook page and term-card, as well as sign up to our mailing list for more information!
