Get Ready
From what to pack and what to do, it can feel like there’s a lot to know before coming to university. Which is why we’ve put together a guide of information, including a packing list, how to find your faculty, the college system and a summer to-do list.
Freshers’ Fair
Freshers’ Fair is your gateway to student life - the chance to meet new people, try new things and start your university journey. It’s a fair that takes place on Parker’s Piece, a large open grass space in Cambridge that runs for two days. You’ll have the chance to talk to societies, meet university departments, watch society performances and pick up lots of freebies - it’s not to be missed!
Student Life
Student life is a huge part of your university experience. From joining clubs, to attending events, volunteering and exploring the city, it’s a great way to kick back and relax outside of studying. Plus, you can throw yourself into as much or as little as you want!
Questions?
Moving to university can feel like a big unknown, so we've put together a page of frequently asked questions to give you as much information as possible before you get here. All the information has been tailored by students and staff to give you everything you really need!
Congrats again on your results - we can’t wait to see you in October!
