Important: Candidate Endorsements

This means JCRs/MCRs cannot:

  • Use official channels to encourage voting for a particular person

  • Share endorsements on behalf of the committee

You can, however:

  • Encourage students to vote

  • Promote election dates and information

  • Share official SU elections content

If you’re unsure about what’s appropriate, get in touch with the elections team we’re happy to help: elections@cambridgesu.co.uk

Polling Cards

Every student will receive a polling card in their pigeon hole with details on:

  • When voting opens and closes

  • How to vote

  • What positions are being elected

Keep an eye out and encourage your college community to check their pigeon holes!
