The Building Bridges in Medical Science Society is pleased to host a panel discussion on 10 March at King’s College, bringing together medtech founders at different stages of the translational journey alongside representatives from leading accelerator and incubator programmes across the Cambridge ecosystem.

Designed for students and early-stage innovators considering launching ventures in the medical technology space, the session will explore the full pathway from academic research to clinical and commercial impact. Panelists will discuss how priorities evolve across stages of translation, including regulatory strategy, funding landscapes, NHS adoption, team building, and navigating the challenges unique to deep-tech and healthcare innovation.

The event will include a moderated discussion followed by an audience Q&A, offering attendees the opportunity to gain practical insights into the realities of building and scaling a medtech company within the Cambridge ecosystem.
