Join MycoSoc for an afternoon of fungi-themed presentations!

Come and learn something new about the science behind mushrooms during a relaxed series of talks on various aspects of mycology. Some of the topics you can expect include:

  • mycelium materials
  • medicinal mushrooms
  • plant-mycorrhizal relationships
  • carbon cycling

We will also be serving a selection of fungal teas (kindly provided to us by The Herbtender!) for you to enjoy as you listen!

When/Where is the event?
This event will run between approx 1pm-3pm at the Bowett Room in Queens' College. 

This event is ticketed. MycoSoc members must register for a free ticket on the SU website. For non-members, tickets cost £3. Your ticket will grant you access to a WhatsApp GC for the event where we can share updates and key info about the event. Tickets will be checked upon entry.
