Come along to our final welfare forum of the year!
Join online here: https://meet.google.com/std-jrxu-adw
This forum is aimed at Welfare Officers from J/MCRs, societies and campaigns, but any students are welcome to attend.
We’ll be discussing the ways that college do (or don't) support students during exams, what they could do better and what you can do to support your friends. We'll also be discussing how to make the exam period better for disabled students or anyone who needs any adjusted modes of learning.
The structure of the event: this will be a relaxed discussion and you are free to leave at any time. There will be light refreshments for a variety of dietary requirements (vegan, gluten free) but get in contact if you have other dietary needs. There will be an access break halfway through.
If you have any questions please email daisy.thomas@cambridgesu.co.uk or contact Daisy SU on Facebook or Twitter.
This event is now in the Riverside Suite, not the SU Lounge. It is in the same building but on the first floor.
Access statement: The exact location can be found via this link (https://what3words.com/theme.inches.shuts).The room is on the first floor. There is a lift to access the floor. There is padded seating, an accessible toilet, and a gender-neutral toilet. There are baby changing facilities in all the toilets. There isn't a hearing loop, a BSL interpreter, general car parking, or blue badge parking.
