Our Manifesto for Ents Officers:

- Revitalised Event Variety: Increase the frequency of Karaoke Nights and other themed FitzUps, with themes agreed upon by the students to enhance inclusivity and engagement.

- Innovative Informal Activities: Organise all-college social events like pub crawls, game nights and casual gatherings to encourage bonding across different year groups and demographics.

- Enhanced Accessibility: Ensure events cater to a wide range of interests, including nights in and nights out, to involve as many students as possible in Fitzwilliam's social life.

- Freshers’ Week Excellence: Create a dynamic Freshers’ Week schedule that combines traditional events with new, inclusive activities to give incoming students a memorable introduction to Fitz.

- Collaborative Planning: Actively seek input from the JCR, MCR, and broader student body to make events reflective of the community's diverse interests and preferences.

- Seamless Execution: We use our strong teamwork skills to coordinate logistics, budgeting, and promotion, ensuring events run smoothly and achieve maximum participation.
