Reintroduction of the Shadow Ballot for Housing

• This will ensure maximum possible satisfaction and efficiency when it comes to balloting for 2nd Year Houses
• Establish safeguards and templates so future JCRs can run a shadow ballot with minimum effort.

Transparency

• Clear communication and honesty on the plans for undergraduate accommodation, especially about balloting.

Streamlined communication & student input

• Clarify and publicise ways for students to communicate with Accommodation & Services staff to provide feedback.

Advocate for avoiding rent  increases

• Ideally rent would not increase any further. If there were no other option, I would ensure any increases were minimised as much as possible.
