My name is Lara! With a gynaecologist as a mum, periods have always been dinner table conversation, so let's have this conversation here, at Fitz!

I aim to:

1. Improve awareness in the Fitz community about reusable period produces and better their accessibility

2. Create a safe space for us to talk about pain and imporve knowledge about gynaecological conditions. As someone with suspected endometriosis, this is something I'm passionate about, and I want to make sure everyone is happy and aware while here, in Cambridge

3. Campaign about common issues suffered by women and open up some dialogue. We can chat about things like bra fitting, women in academia, sexual health etc.

In my secondary school, I petitioned for the distribution of free period cups and pants (and it worked!), so now I want to do the same for you. Think of me like Otis from sex education, but, like you, a woman!
