A society for student and non-student bird enthusiasts to share and increase their knowledge, experience and passion for the avian world.
We aim to facilitate access to bird related activities and to help members increase their knowledge base about birds. We run talks on everything from bird anatomy and evolution to their conservation in a changing world, as well as interactive demos (e.g. ringing, falconry) and regular bird watching walks to local reserves. During the pandemic we are running online talks only for the time being.
