Articles of Association
Articles of Association is the governing document of Cambridge SU, containing our charitable objects and key governance arrangements. It can only be changed by a referendum of all students.
By-Laws
The By-Laws deal with more day-to-day arrangements and rules about how Cambridge SU operates. They can be changed by a two-thirds vote of Student Council. The By-Laws also contain all SU Campaign constitutions.
