Emmanuel College Music Society (ECMS) has three large ensembles, SECCO, Chorus and Emma Jazz, and all three feature in our end-of-term concerts. On top of this we have a folk band, small funk band and inclusive big band. We welcome members from any Cambridge College to join us. We aim for a high musical standard but low stress: we love playing good music and having fun! All the different groups have a wide range of repertoires, and we range in abilities and commitments, making sure that everyone who wants to get involved is able to. All groups participate in ents including jazz and cocktails, ceilidhs and the end of term concert - and we put on open mic nights in Emma Bar throughout term too.
