Cambridge Connect are excited to announce that the You Be The Chemist Challenge UK will take place at the University of Cambridge on Saturday, June 29, 2024.
It is a team-based chemistry challenge designed for students (Years 6 - 9) interested in pursuing further education (GCSE to university-level) and a career in chemistry fields. Students from schools all over the UK will compete in teams of 3-4, navigating both academic and entrepreneurial challenges which mimic situations they may face in a professional capacity.
To promote inclusivity and ensure equal opportunities in chemistry education, we are offering free entry to this competition for students who are eligible for free school meals.
