About

Science for the People is a non-hierarchical activist and research group which tackles issues from the militarisation of scientific research to the political implications of scientific theories.

Originally an offshoot of the anti-war movement of the 1970s, Science for the People is a non-hierarchical activist and research group which tackles issues from the militarisation of scientific research to the political implications of scientific theories. This year the group is kicking off it's first non-US chapter in Cambridge, where it hopes to bring the city's scientific powerhouse in contact with it's student and community activist culture.
